cleaning up day

Brrrrrrr! it's wicked cold;( how's the weather of your country?!
i and my family cleaned the house in the morning today. japanese people describe cleaning up as ''oosouzi''.
i think my family don't like cleaning and arrangement and we are not good at that.
anyway we washed out the stain of this year and it has became clean^^
here, it's a part of our house!
this is Kamidana ''household altar''. through the age, many families in japan have household alter or buddhist shrine in their homes for conducting everyday services.
these days, however, there aren't these stuff in japan.
you know, i don't wanna lose these traditional stuff because it's japanese culture.

the person who comes to our house for the first time, most of them are surprised. because it isn't usual size!! really big isn't it!?

daruma
 lots of darumas!!!!
is the daruma japanese stuff? if it's not japanese, i think daruma is chinese stuff? or india? mmm..i don't know.

the eyes of darumas have no pupils so people paint one pupil in after buying them, make a wish, and paint the other in when their wish comes true.

today's my article looks like the magazine for foreign people a bit. ha!
see ya again!
