cleaning up day

Brrrrrrr! it's wicked cold;( how's the weather of your country?!
i and my family cleaned the house in the morning today. japanese people describe cleaning up as ''oosouzi''.
i think my family don't like cleaning and arrangement and we are not good at that.
anyway we washed out the stain of this year and it has became clean^^
here, it's a part of our house!
this is Kamidana ''household altar''. through the age, many families in japan have household alter or buddhist shrine in their homes for conducting everyday services.
these days, however, there aren't these stuff in japan.
you know, i don't wanna lose these traditional stuff because it's japanese culture.

the person who comes to our house for the first time, most of them are surprised. because it isn't usual size!! really big isn't it!?

daruma
 lots of darumas!!!!
is the daruma japanese stuff? if it's not japanese, i think daruma is chinese stuff? or india? mmm..i don't know.

the eyes of darumas have no pupils so people paint one pupil in after buying them, make a wish, and paint the other in when their wish comes true.

today's my article looks like the magazine for foreign people a bit. ha!
see ya again!

full moon

what a terrible day today!! i had 3 classes in the afternoon.
and i gave a speech with my friend about japanese hierarchical relationship.
actually, i was planning to give a speech with 3 people, but one of our member didn't come..
she was absent the class with a bad cold and we done just only 2 people!!!
it was hard in many way, and i think its not good enough for good speech;(
furthermore, i cant think our professor allow for some mistakes.
mmm... anyway its over!

...ok, i'm gonna think today's good point!
1.today was very warm day:)
2.i got good score on the english test:)
3.we laughed and laughed:)
4.in the night sky, there is a shining full moon:)

well, there are 3 days till the christmas and the day of return home!!
woooow your plan for the Christmas?!

TGIF

woooow!

i heard about nucleus in the lecture yesterday.
even though japan is the only nation that was the victim of atomic bombs,
most of young people don't know about it. i hardly know it neither, and felt ashamed...
in my life of 20 years, i had a chance to know these facts but I have  nothing in particular. ;(
and i thought i hardly know about japan! (cultures, history and so on)
mmm.. i need study more.

and now, for something completely different, it's my favorite bracelet^^
isn't it cute!?!?

*coldest day in this year*

hi, guys!! (well, i don't know who's looking tho. haha)
anyway, today was rain and wicked cold in tokyo !!!!
i have a low tolerance for cold, so it's hard to wake up in the every morning..><
great season for hot coffee or something though.
awww...i wanna go somewhere warm place!

then i came my sweet home from my college, wrote report introduction of the seminar.
my theme is 'the ideal characteristics of the occupants of some job'.

and i'll prove the stereotype that still remains in our image of the occupation for the man and woman.
it's not easy, but i don't hate it:)

...omg, my room is sooo cold now!
*sneezing* :-'(

ok, go bath room!

say yes

before sunrise & before sunset

i watched 2 films, before sunrise & before sunset in a week.
in fact, i've known the name of these films but didn't watch it till now.

i prefer before sunrise to before sunset cos previous film is more beautiful.
it's made mostly of conversation of man and woman, so my friend said 'it's boring'.
but i don't think so. it's sooo romantic!
my best scene of before sunrise is HERE.

if you haven't watched these films, you should have a look:)
